Barefoot Ride-On Bareback Pad

Riding without a saddle is now possible without harming your horse!

Most bareback pads can be harmful for your horse and cause discomfort, because the girth runs directly across the back and distributes all pressure onto one, maybe two spinious processes. The Barefoot Ride-On Bareback Pad has a V-girthing system stabilized by patches on the billets, which help to distribute the pressure along the entire pad.

Designers deliberately decided against including stirrup attachments as standing in stirrups would lead to pressure points. The Ride-On Bareback Pad is padded with high density foam in alternating thickness and is very stable on the horse's back due to the sympanova material on the underside. The upper side is made from microfiber which ensures good grip for the rider.

Use with any dressage style girth. A dressage style girth is not included so you can choose the correct size for your horse.

To Clean:
Clean the pad with a damp cloth or a soft brush.
If very dirty it can be washed in the washing machine on gentle cycle. Do NOT put it in the dryer.

I'm SO happy with this bareback pad! It is the perfect addition to my tack and for my senior horses. The combination of the grippy suede, the padding (I do use a saddle pad with it for more comfort), and the billets, makes this an all-around, wonderfully functional piece of tack. I also like how it has some wither clearance (the pad I use helps more with that as well)! Very pleased. Worth the price!
