The leathers were perfect except I ordered the wrong color, black instead of brown. I send an email to customer service which back back to me in about 3 hrs. In the mean time, I ordered the correct brown leathers and figured I would just gave to float the $100 until I could get a credit. Customer service canceled the new order and said they would sent the correct color to my granddaughter when the return got to them. The turn around was 3 days to new shipment. Outstanding customer service.
