Barefoot Stirrup Turners

Barefoot's Stirrup Turner, or stirrup swivel, will help you ride in comfort! It turns the stirrup 90 degrees so you don't have to turn or train the fender. Makes it very easy to put your foot in the stirrup! It also allows the stirrup to swing a bit more freely, which is easier on the ankles and knees.

Made with thick harness leather and study screws. It can be used with wide stirrup leathers or fenders. Your fenders or leathers will be extended by approximately 2 inches. Will accommodate fenders or stirrup leathers up to 2.36" wide.

To prevent the stirrup turner from accidentally opening, Barefoot of Germany recommends gluing the bolt on the screw after fastening. Available in black and brown.

The top bar is way too wide for endurance leathers or even trail leathers.  Also sent with no documents of the sale or return form.  These are good quality but should not be advertised for endurance.

I don't care for the exposed stainless bolt head and nut ends.  It would be better to have them covered.  when I first tried them on my new Barefoot Arizona Nut saddle, I felt the nut and bolt end sticking into my leg.  When I turned the Stirrup Turner around and adjusted my feet in the stirrups, that went away.  I am a relatively new rider, so I am still adjusting to horse friendly tack.
